Cancellation Policy

I charge a 25% cancelation fee for any no-shows cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. Of course the percentage will be swayed due to unexpected/tragic events, life has a funny way of doing that to you, but if this is constant occurrence you WILL be charged the fee and no longer allowed to book with me. Due to the volume of guests and limited amount of time I have to do said customers, this policy protects that time for everyone. You must get in contact with me before the appointment or that will be considered a no show. Thank you
